Integration experience with GlobalDrop - Microglobal

We developed a self-service web portal for resellers that centralizes order and commercial document management, allowing users to view and manage transactions from multiple stores through a single access point. The platform allows resellers to track order status, authorize or revoke authorization for invoicing, notify orders for dispatch, view invoiced orders, and download detailed information, including serial numbers when applicable. Description The GlobalDrop portal was integrated into the Microglobal Portal to provide resellers with a centralized platform for managing and monitoring their operations. Access is integrated with the existing portal and uses token-based authentication and user validation, verifying that the customer is authorized to operate with the corresponding stores. Once authenticated, the reseller can access GlobalDrop and manage their operational information through a single platform. Order Management The main screen displays the reseller's latest orders, allowing users to view order information and current status. Orders can be displayed across the different stores managed by the reseller, including transactions from third-party stores such as Mercado Libre, as well as direct purchases. For pending orders, resellers can perform actions such as: Authorize an order for invoicing. Revoke a previously granted authorization. Notify or enable an order for dispatch. Check the current order status. Access the details of each transaction. Multi-Store Management The platform allows users to manage operations for multiple stores from a single account, providing centralized order management and tracking. Information is presented according to each reseller's profile and authorized stores, maintaining proper separation and traceability of transactions. Data Export The portal provides tools to export information for further processing outside the platform. Users can download: Order lists in Excel format, including the required fields and transaction data. Detailed information for invoiced orders, also in Excel format. Detailed invoiced order information, including serial numbers when applicable. Profiles and Security Portal access is associated with a user profile, allowing the system to determine which operations and stores each reseller is authorized to access. Authentication is integrated with the Microglobal Portal through validation mechanisms and tokens, ensuring that only authorized users and customers can access the corresponding information. Benefits The portal provides resellers with a single self-service platform to view and manage their orders, regardless of the number of stores they operate. The solution reduces operational inquiries and manual tasks, streamlines order authorization for invoicing, improves shipment tracking, and provides easy access to commercial documentation and detailed information for invoiced transactions.
