TRF – Transfarmaco Integration
Our integration with TRF (Transfarmaco) enables a direct connection between the ERP and TRF web services, automating order management and status tracking.
The solution allows order information to be queried and managed directly from the system, keeping data synchronized between both platforms and reducing manual intervention throughout the process.
Integration Scope
The integration includes:
Information Query and Management: integration with TRF SOAP web services to retrieve available information and display it in the system, allowing values to be proposed, modified, and persistently stored.
Authentication: obtaining and managing a valid token to securely access TRF services.
Order Processing: sending orders to TRF through the corresponding service and registering the tracking number and its status.
Fenix Integration: automatically updating order information and status in Fenix.
Order Tracking: querying the status of delivery notes in TRF and updating the corresponding information in Fenix.
Feasibility Testing: performing tests in the TRF testing environment to validate the proper operation of the integration.
Production Deployment: implementing and enabling the integration in the TRF production environment.
Integrated Web Services
The integration uses the SOAP services provided by TRF for order management and includes the following operations:
Authentication: validates access to TRF services and obtains an authentication token.
Process Order: sends and registers a new order/delivery note in TRF.
Cancel Order: requests the cancellation of a previously created order.
Get Order Status: retrieves the current status of an order or delivery note.
